SF1442 Solicitation, Offer And Award document for Juneau Roof Replacement Solicitation No. EQ10PCB-1-17-0067 Pre Solicitation Notice Posted July 24, 2017 The General Services Administration, Public Building Service, has a requirement to replace the roof of the Juneau, Alaska Federal Building. This building has four roof sections. The roofs have exceeded their normal life expectancy. The contract to be awarded will be a design/build contract. The Solicitation and solicitation documents will be posted to Fed Biz Ops website approximately August 9, 2017. A proposal conference and site visit will be held at the Juneau, Alaska Federal Building. Date, time and information on attendance for this conference will be posted to the Fed Biz Ops website with the solicitation, approximately August 9, 2017. FAR 36.204 The magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside is applicable to this solicitation. FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
