- Men's Basketball Nike Apparel Brand Name Justification Overview The United States Merchant Martine Academy (USMMA) is an agency of the Maritime Administration (MARAD) managed by the United States Department of Transportation. The USMMA seeks a qualified and experienced contractor to provide customized NIKE Brand Men's Basketball Uniforms for the USMMA Athletics Department. Place of Delivery USMMA/Department of Athletics 300 Steamboat Road Kings Point, N.Y. 11024 Period of Performance The Nike Men's Basketball uniforms work must be performed, completed and delivered by October 1, 2017. Deliverables The Contractor is responsible for the following: • Adherence to project design and layout per the specified requirements by the USMMA Athletics Department • All customization mock-ups must be approved by USMMA Athletics Department on every item before final production. Submit uniform mock-ups no later than seven (7) days after award of contract • All specifications of the uniform customization must adhere to NCAA rules • Provide shipping and delivery of materials to the USMMA • An itemized packing slip must be included with shipment/delivery of goods • At closure, an acceptance sign-off agreement must be signed by Athletics Director for billing to commence General • Any shipped damaged goods shall be replaced in kind, by the contractor at no cost to the Government • Any received items that do not meet the customization requirements shall be replaced in kind, by the contractor at no cost to the Government • Contractor must provide method of ‘Return' shipment of items that do not meet the specified requirements of the statement of work, at no cost to the Government Instructions • Only quotes submitted by Small Business will be accepted by the Government • Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not Small Business will not be considered for award • The products must be an 'Exact Match' to the Nike Team Sports Men's Basketball 2017 Team Catalog Contract Type Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Evaluation Criteria The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation deemed the lowest price technically acceptable.
