The area of consideration is within a five (5) miles radius of 7035 Elm Road, Baltimore, MD 21240 (Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) Airport. Space requirements include approximately 8,500 occupiable square feet with on-site parking for 57 vehicles, of which 8 must be reserved for government owned vehicles.
