- NCIC release form Instruction to offerors site visit A pre-quotation conference and site visit are scheduled for August 16, 2017 at 08:30am local time at FCI ENGLEWOOD (ASSOCIATE WARDEN'S CONFERENCE ROOM) 9595 W. QUINCY AVE, LITTLETON, COLORADO, 80123. NCIC background checks will be required for participants attending this conference. The authorization for release of information (Form BP-A0660 NCIC Check, attached) shall be completed for each attendee and submitted to FCI ENGLEWOOD no later than August 15, 2017 AT 3:00 P.M. [MOUNTAIN TIME], fax or email to RACHEL BROWN, r16brown@bop.gov or fax 303-763-2545. For questions on filling out the NCIC form, contact RACHEL BROWN, 303-763-4300 X-1018. Response date has been amended to allow for the pre-site visit.
