- THIS IS A SYNOPSIS OF SOLICITATION In Accordance With FAR Subpart 5.3 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. This procurement action is to the procurement of: Brand Name or Equal, LECO, Carbon Sulfur Analyzer, Model CS 844, Environmental accordance with Statement of Work to be posted with solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed-price. FOB Destination: Rock Island Arsenal, IL 61299. FOB Destination Rock Island Arsenal, IL 61299. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/ or contact SAM at 866-606-8220 prior to doing business with the DOD. Approximate issues date of the solicitation is August 15, 2017 with a closing date approximately 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to the FBO web site and is the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
