- RFP FA2263-17-R-0003_ Microwave Power Waveguide Calorimeter System Microwave Power Waveguide Calorimeter System This notice serves as the solicitation for the Microwave Power Waveguide Calorimeter System. AFMETCAL is looking to purchase one (1) new system for the AFPSL. The Statement of Work (SOW) for MW Power Waveguide Calorimeter System Calibration Coordination Group Project 686 (Section C of the RFP) details current programming for the system to be delivered in Phase 6 in Calendar Year (CY) 2020. Phase 1 - Equipment Acquisition, to be completed 31 Dec 2018 Phase 2 - Hardware Assembly, to be completed 31 Dec 2018 Phase 3 - Software Development, to be completed 31 Dec 2018 Phase 4 - Full System Integration and Testing, to be completed 31 Dec 2019 Phase 5 - Technical Documentation & Manuals, to be completed 31 Mar 2020 Phase 6 - Delivery, Acceptance, Testing and Training, to be completed 30 Jun 2020 The RFP number is FA2263-17-R-0003 and shall be referenced on any offer submitted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334515 and the business size standard is 750 employees. This RFP is being solicited as unrestricted. AFMETCAL at Heath OH intends to award one (1) firm-fixed price contract utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures. The requirement is for a Microwave Power Waveguide Calorimeter System in accordance with the Statement of Work (Section C of the RFP). The Government will not provide a hard copy of the RFP. It must be downloaded from FedBizOpps. Any future information pertaining to this requirement will be posted on the FedBizOpps website. Interested parties should monitor the FedBizOpps website for changes or amendments to the solicitation. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be eligible for award and must remain registered throughout the life of the contract. Contractors may obtain information on SAM registration by visiting https://www.sam.gov. Offers are due by 7 Sep 2017 at 3:00 PM EDT to: Contracting Officer Michael D.
