- Solicitation Wage Determination This requirement is for maintenance support for a Konica Minolta BH 951 Machine. This service includes all labor, parts, and supplies, excluding paper. This requirement is subject to the service contract act. Wage Determination number WD 15-412 is attached. A prospective vendor must submit proof of being an authorized Konica service provider. This requirements is for a base year plus four option years. See attached soliciation for line item requirements and performance periods. Contractor manpower reporting is included in this requirement. Potential offerors must have a current and active registration in the System for Award Management ( www.SAM.GOV ).
