- Guidance for Technical Requirements Proposal Requirements and Evaluation Criteria Solicitation On-Site Document Shredding Services in Albuquerque, NM. Documents shall be destroyed on site by means of a mobile shred truck. See technical requirements in attached documents. Shredding services must be performed onsite and witnessed by a Government employee. On-site shredding will be scheduled with the Government's Program Manager for the 1st and 3rd week each month.
