Space will not be toured without this documentation. *For Existing Building Use Only.* United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: City, State: Point Pleasant, West Virginia County: Mason County Delineated Area: North: City Limits of Point Pleasant, WV East: Eastern City Limits of Point Pleasant, WV, including areas bounded by Sandhill Road to Durst Lane, to Crooked Creek, connecting back to the Eastern City Limits of Point Pleasant, WV South: Kanawha River (City Limits of Point Pleasant, WV) West: Ohio River (City Limits of Point Pleasant, WV) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,100 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,205 ABOA SF Rentable Square Feet (RSF): 2,520 RSF Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): Twenty-four (24) parking spaces under rent: • Three (3) reserved for Government Official Vehicles (GOVs) • Eleven (11) Employee Parking • Ten (10) Client Vehicles Full Term: Twenty (20) Years (240-Months) Termination Rights: 120-days in whole or in part Option Term: None Additional Requirements: None • Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. • A fully serviced lease is required.
