- Wage determination Requirements document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9124V-17-T-0014 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The proposed contract is 100% competitive set aside for (8)a small business concerns. NAICS code is 621330, with size standard of 7.5M. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective 19 Jan 2017. Offers shall propose a firm fixed price for a contracted employee to perform non-personel services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The Government will use Best Value to evaluate proposals using price and none priced evaluation factors. See FAR provision 52.212-2 for further details. Performance will be 1 year (example Sept 18, 2017 through Sept 17, 2018) from the date dictated on the notice to proceed. Earlier performance is preferred. Attachment "17-T-0014" will include CLIN, clause, provision, performance and performance work statement details. Attachment "WD 15-5399 (Rev.-2) 170801" is the SCA wage determination for the area.
