- Amendment to Solicitation - Extension The contractor shall accomplish all actions necessary to build a free standing 12ft high by 33ft by 40ft pergola made of all non-flammable materials IAW the Statement of Work, dated 17 July 2017. SITE VISIT INFORMATION: A site visit will be conducted on 2 August 2017 at 1300. In order to attend the site visit, complete the attached site visit form (Attachment #3) and submit to kevin.hinman@us.af.mil no later than 28 July 2017, 1:00pm MST. If attending the site visit, please arrive no later than 12:15pm MST at the Visitor's Center to be escorted onto the base. Visitors will then be escorted to the site. Refer to Attachment #2, Base Access Procedures for further information. Any questions as a result of this site visit must be submitted via email to kevin.hinman@us.af.mil no later than 4 August 2017, 1:00pm MST. The Questions and Answers will be posted to FBO as an amendment to the solicitation. Please note, this is a Solicitation only, a synopsis is not required IAW FAR 5.202(a)(13). Submit responses to this solicitation via email to 1st Lt Kevin Hinman at kevin.hinman@us.af.mil no later than 11 August 2017, 2:00pm MST IAW Amendment 01 and Amedment 02 of the Solicitation.
