- These provisions and clauses have been updated to include the options clauses related to FAR Part 17. This is a revised Statement of Work (SOW). This is a revised RFQ document. This combined synopsis/solicitation is amended to reflect a revised Period of Performance. It is in the Government's best interest for the animals to be received as soon as practicable, however, the total Period of Performance is extended from six (6) months to twelve (12) months. All attachments are revised to reflect this change.
