- Demolish existing 2200 square foot of cement walkway which averages 4 inches thick and remove 4 abandoned flag pole lights that are in the concrete. Install, reinforce and insulate approximately 2200 square feet of the new concrete pour. Additive Item - Install a new snowmelt hydronic heat pump in the mechanical room in the basement of the visitor center tying into current geothermal system. Add a circulation pump to the new snowmelt walk. The circulation pump will tie into current energy management system. Location of project is Ulysses S. Grant NHS, St Louis, MO.
