- Description
- SP8000-17-R-0005 attachments Combined Synopsis/Solicitation DLA Strategic Materials intends to continue the storage of 100 mm unfinished Germanium (Ge) wafers and rotate that unfinished Ge wafer inventory, some of which may be replaced by new 100 mm Ge unfinished wafers or new 150 mm Ge unfinished wafers. The place of performance will be at the contractor's facility. The period of performance is one base year plus three (3) one-year option year.
