- The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is performing market research on behalf of the Army Contracting Command - Virtual Contracting Enterprise (ACC-VCE) concerning Oracle-Toad, Foglight and Spotlight software. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. This RFI issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote and in no way obligates the Government. The purpose of this notice is to obtain the following: information: (1)The availability and capability of qualified sources; (2) Whether they are a small or large business relative to their size classification under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition (511210) with a small business size standard of $38,500,000.00. ACC-VCE Requires the following: (1) 1 EA. TOAD FOR ORACLE SUITE PER SEAT MAINTENANCE RENEWAL PACK, PART NO. SXE-SPO-KS (2) 4 EA. TOAD FOR ORACLE XPERT EDITION PER SEAT MAINTENANCE RENEWAL PACK, PART NO. XPT-TOD-KS (3) 8 EA. TOAD FOR ORACLE BASE EDITION PER SEAT MAINTENANCE RENEWAL, PART NO. TOD-TOD-PS (4) 1 EA. SPOTLIGHT ON ORACLE XPERT EDITION MAINTENANCE RENEWAL PACK, PART NO. SXE-SPO-KS (5) 2 EA. FOGLIGHT PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS FOR ORACLE PER CPU MAINTENANCE RENEWAL, PART NO.
