- Presolicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to release a commercial solicitation for a Hydro-Surgery System for the St. Louis VA Health Care System. This acquisition shall be set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112. The size standard is 1,000 Employees. All other details will be included in the Request for Quotation (RFQ), which will be released on August 8, 2017 with a deadline of August 11, 2017 NLT 10:00 AM CST. Questions and quotes shall be submitted via email referencing the solicitation number VA255-17-Q-0884 Hydro-Surgery System in the subject line to yvonne.kittling@va.gov. All amendments, any other information pertaining to this solicitation, and answers to the submitted questions will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov. Only VA verified SDVOSBs in the VIP database (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/) will be considered for award and non-VIP verified firms will be considered non-responsive and ineligible for award. Contractor shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award. Contractors may access SAM at https://www.sam.gov.
