- Statement Of Work RFI 08 Aug 2017 MEMORANDUM FOR PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS FROM: 7 CONS/LGCB 381 Third Street, Bldg 7238 Dyess AFB, TX 79607-1581 SUBJECT: Request for Information - Child Development Center Security Camera 1. This will be an official Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with FAR Part 52.215-3. Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated will be solely at the interested party's expense. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on Federal Business Opportunities (FedbizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. 2. The 7th Contracting Squadron (7 CONS) intends to procure Child Development Center Security Cameras at Dyess AFB, TX for the builidings listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The information that is gathered from this RFI will be used to form a formal Request for Quotation at a later time. The NAICS Code for this effort is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). Respondents should indicate their size in relation to this size standard and indicate socio-economic status (i.e. SB, 8(a), HUBZone, EDWOSB, WOSB, or SDVOSB). 3. The aforementioned information along with interest and capability statements are requested to be provided no later than 15 Aug 2017. Please answer all of the questions in as much detail as possible. 4. The requests for information are as follows: a. Recommendations for Sources to perform this service? b. Estimated Pricing. c. Recommendations for Performance Work Statement (PWS)? d. What resources will be necessary to complete the work in accordance with the PWS? i. How many personnel would be required? ii. What kind of equipment is recommended? e. Are there questions regarding the service that are not being asked? i. Challenges that have not been addressed 5. The information that is received from this RFI will be used to make the best decision on how to proceed with this acquisition. All information will be kept within the 7th Contracting Squadron, and will not be shared with any other potential offerors.
