- AG-84N8-S-17-0180 Fence Supplies Attachment #1. AG-84N8-S-17-0180 Fence Supplies Combined Synopsis. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Dixie National Forest, Color Country Interagency Fire Center, has a need for fencing materials, meeting the following specifications: Steel Posts: T-Type, 1.33 Lbs./foot, with spade, 4 clips per post. Barbed Wire: 1,320 Feet Per Roll, 2 Point Barb, 2 Strand Twisted Wire, 12.5 gauge, Class 1 Galvanized, Tensile Strength exceeding 950 Lbs. breaking strength, 4-5 Inch spacing between barbs. Delivered to the Color Country Interagency Fire Center, 1770 West Kitty Hawk Drive, Cedar City, UT, 84720, by September 1, 2017.
