Description
Business to Business Agreement Privileged Access Requirements for Vendor B2B Remote Support PWS Solicitation Number: W911S8-17-T-0015 Special Notice: Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source for monthly maintenance, upgrade, service level support, and bi-annual webinar training on the Q-Flow Patient Queuing System version V5.8.110.27284. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regular FAR 13.106(b)(1). Mission Installation Contracting Command - Joint Base Lewis-McChord has a requirement to procure the following services: The Government requires one year, monthly maintenance, upgrade, service level support, and bi-annual webinar training on the Q-Flow Patient Queuing System version V5.8.110.27284 The Government owned Q-Flow Patient Queuing System is implemented throughout the Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC). The MAMC is comprised of a network of Army medical facilities located in Washington and California that serve more than 100,000 active duty service members, their families, and retirees. The required services are an essential element for patient management at the Army's second largest medical treatment facility. The period of performance shall be one year upon contract award. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) sole source contract to ACF TECHNOLOGIES, INC. AFC Technologies, Inc. is the only identified firm with the resources to support such a maintenance package for the Q-Flow Patient Queuing System. All responses received within four businesses (4) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Interested person may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 10am PSD, 11 August 2017.| For questions concerning this Notice of Intent, contact SSG Surla, Justino r., justino.r.surla.mil@mail. Posting date of this requirement is 7 August 2017. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
