- SOL-OAA-17-000117: USPSC-SLA -Full Announcement The purpose of this contract is to hire a Senior Learning Advisor within the Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning's Office of Learning, Evaluation and Research (PPL/LER). The Senior Learning Advisor will serve on LER's Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA) team, which advances the integration of organizational learning and adaptive management into USAID's programs in countries throughout the developing world. The USAID Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning (PPL) sets program policy for the Agency and builds USAID's capacity as a learning organization and its effectiveness as a development donor agency. PPL is responsible for leading the Agency's policy planning efforts, shaping overall strategic and program planning, ensuring the Agency's evolution as a learning and evaluation organization, overseeing donor engagement and institutionalizing science and technology in our work while guiding USAID as the premier development agency.
