- Market Survey for Floor Matting ****** Sources Sought Only This is a market survey to determine sources for the NSNs listed in the market survey document. This is not a Request for Quote but only a survey. This survey includes an Item Purchase Description (IPD) for each NSN. a) The solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity {IDIQ) contract for commercial items. b) The contract performance period will include a 12-month base period with four (4), 12-month option periods. to be exercised at the unilateral discretion of the Government. c) The solicitation will be subject to negotiations. d) The solicitation will be open for at least 7 calendar days. e) FOB Origin Pre-Pay and Add delivery to CONUS locations for Group 1 and FOB Destination delivery to CONUS locations for Group 2. Delivery times have been established as: "Shipment", for Group 1, will be 20 days after first article inspection and "delivery" will be 10 DARO for Group 2. f) Source Inspections and First Article inspections will be required. First article samples are required on NSNs 7220-01-024-9039, 7220-01-024-9040, 7220-01-025-1695, 7220-01-056-1944, 7220-01-057-1897, and 7220-00-267-4630 within 30 days after notice of award. g) Award will be made based on the best value to the Government and in the aggregate by Group.
