- DD Form 254 N40443-17-T-0424 RFQ N40443-17-T-0424_SIOUX_COMM SOW_RFQ N40443-17-T-0424 USNS SIOUX COMM SYTM RPR The Military Sealift Command Ship Support Unit San Diego (MSC SSU SD) is issuing this solicitation to secure the services of a qualified maintenance technician who possesses subject matter expertise (SME) with the HF Receivers R-2368 in order to conduct a visual inspection, complete system groom, all-manner of required repairs, and provide training to ship's force personnel. RFQ document, SOW, and DD 254 are included in this solicitation as attachments.
