NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this requirement. No award shall be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of bids. In the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a bidder for any costs. Due date for receipt of electronic bids is 07 Sep 17 @ 0930 EDT. Only electronic bids will be accepted. There is a site visit scheduled for 18 Aug 17 @ 0900 EDT. The site visit is NOT MANDATORY to attend. Attendees will meet at the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Visitor's Center. All visitors must be badged to be allowed entry into the installation, please submit your visitor badge requests (Attachment 9) via email no later than (NLT) 15 Aug 17 @ 1200 EDT. A background check will be conducted on all individuals requesting access to the installation. All questions regarding the solicitation should be submitted using the question and answer template (Attachment 8) provided via email NLT 23 Aug 17. Answers will be incorporated into the solicitation and made available to all interested parties through the Federal Business Opportunity website (www.fbo.gov). NOTE: Section J lists date of Attachment 6 Wage Determination as 14 Jul 17; the applicable wage determination is dated 4 Aug 17 as per the attachment. The incorrect date listed in Section J will be corrected by a future amendment. Reference the Invitation for Bid documents for complete details and instructions necessary to submit a responsive bid.
