- Description
- SYNOPSIS: Paint approximately 8,000 SF of interior, drywall ceiling. Ceiling is curved and is approximately 1&1/2 stories in height with a moderate amount of architectural detail. Paint a four story, interior, exit stair. Work is to include painting of metal stair stringers, handrails, balusters and enclosing walls. The Solicitation Package will be posted on or about August 3, 2017. Estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. This Procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. This solicitation does authorize the transmittal of offers, modifications, or withdrawals of offers through email. Please email a copy of your proposal to kimberly.gelly@gsa.gov with a cc: to kevin.morris@gsa.gov to be received no later than Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time. Hard copy submissions are also acceptable, as prescribed by FAR 52.215-1(c)(1). No other means of transmission are acceptable.
