- 07/18/2017 Update - CANCELLATION NOTICE: The Government no longer intends to release an RFP for the Taiwan Syun An System of Systems (SoS) requirement. Effective 07/18/2017, the Special Notice Pre-solicitation Notice - Systems Engineering Services for the Taiwan Syun An System of Systems (SoS) is cancelled in its entirety. *********************** 04/25/2017 Update: The anticipated release of the subject RFP has been extended indefinitely. The Government does not currently have new information to provide at this time. Another update will be posted if/when the Government has additional information. *********************** The Program Executive Office (PEO) for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) International C4I Integration Program Office (PMW 740) is acquiring systems engineering services in support of the Taiwan Syun An System of Systems (SoS). This contemplated procurement is non-ACAT and will support PMW 740s Taiwan Ministry of National Defense (MND) customer requirements. The required effort will consist of the implementation of: 1) Information Assurance (IA) network security enhancements to protect information integrity and detect intrusions and data corruption, and 2) a Track Increase solution to enhance situational awareness, integrate additional weapon system tracks within the overall SoS Architecture, and incorporate necessary associated Taiwan Advanced Tactical Data Link System (TATDLS) training. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be released third quarter of fiscal year (FY) 2017. This pre-solicitation notice is for information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award of contracts. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice.
