- Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm fixed price supply contract for the purchase and delivery of a tool setter (Parlec 1850 Tool Setter or equivalent) with three taper adapters and installation/setup assistance on site. The contract will be a one-time procurement. Delivery will be 60 days after notification of award. The procurement will be unrestricted. The 2012 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 333517 Machine Tool Manufacturing, the size standard is 500 and the product supply code is 3460. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-17-T-0007 will be released on or about 27 July 2017 with a closing date on or about 8 August 2017. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.fbo.gov on or about 27 July 2017. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov.
