- Q&As from Site Visit Revised RFP (revised SOW incorporated) A site visit was held on Monday, July 17, 2017. Questions and Answers from the site visit are attached to this posting. A revised Request for Proposals (RFP) and a revised Statement of Work (SOW) are also attached to this posting. All changes and/or additions can be found in red text throughout the RFP solicitation document. Interested parties may submit additional questions to the Contract Specialist until 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, July 20, 2017. Any questions asked by that time will be answered by Friday, July 21, 2017. Those questions and answers will be posted to this site. The deadline for the submission of proposals in response to the solicitation remains unchanged. All proposals must be received no later than 11:00 AM EST on July 28, 2017.
