- This opportunity is only available to Small Business. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 1, has a requirement to Design-Build a storage room addition and safety upgrades at the Nisqually Environmental Education Center, Olympia, WA (Thurston County). This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on Lowest-Price Technically-Acceptable (LPTA). The Solicitation will be posted to https://www.fbo.gov and available on https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/Default.htm public opportunities on or about August 8, 2017. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications. A pre-bid site visit will be announced with the solicitation. The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed within 180 days.
