- NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION: The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division Contracting Branch (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland intends to award on a sole source basis, a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for Panel Indicating Light, NSN: 6220-01-463-3896CS, P/N: 0N351983-12NVG to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) - Sun Dial & Panel Corporation: 2 Daniel Rd. Ste. 102, Fairfield, NJ 07004-2516, Cage Code: 99917. The proposed contract action is for the purchase of these light panels for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The Government intends to execute this award no later than August 2017. No technical data, drawings, or orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist by 24 July 2017. Interested firms must indicate whether they are large, small, identify any socio-economic classification, and state whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.
