- PURCHASE DESCRIPTION RFP SPRMM117RYS63 This pre-solicitation notice is now a a solicitation. This is for a LCR Meter which shall be manufactured in accordance with Purchase Description SCAT 4457-17 dtd 16 Jun 2017. The purchase description is attached to this solicitation notice. The Government anticipates issuing a firm fixed price 5-year IDIQ contract with an estimated yearly quanity of 15 each. The Government plans to issue a single award. The planned contract periods are three-year base period and two one-year option periods.
