- Amendment to extend closing & add to SOW This Statement of Work (SOW) is for the turn-key design, supply, delivery, installation, cleaning and assembly, testing and training for a liquid nitrogen (LN2) distribution system at Tobyhanna Army Depot in Tobyhanna, PA (TYAD). The Contractor shall supply all materials, supplies, freight, delivery, tools, equipment, consumables, labor, and supervision for the turn-key design, supply, delivery, installation, cleaning, assembly, set-up and training for the installation of the system. The Contractor shall supply only new materials and equipment. Used and refurbished equipment are unacceptable and will not be considered. All repair and replacement parts shall be available for purchase and supplied from within the continental United States.
