Standard Form 1447 Special Packaging Instructions Consolidated Government Furnished Property Contract Data Requirements List, DD Form 1423-1 Wage Determination Performance Work Statement Transportation instructions DD Form 1653 Packaging Instructions, AFMC 158 Instructions for filling out the SAAR System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) Commercial Asset Air Force Visibility Statement of Work This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed price requirements contract for the purpose of repairing, Noun: Voltage Regulator, NSN: 6110-01-020-8153LG, P/N: 3S2060DC172C1, which is part of the 60/90 KVA System, applicable to the AC-130U Gunship and MC-130H Combat Talon aircraft. This requirements contract will have a basic performance period of one year plus four, one-year ordering periods. The Basic and Ordering Periods BEQ for NSN 6110-01-020-8153LG is 20 each per year. Destination: Robins AFB, GA 31098-1887. Routine Delivery: 90 calendar days from receipt of asset at the contractor's facility and task order. SURGE and MICAP is 30 work days after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later. SURGE and MICAP delivery orders shall take precedence over routine repair, and the delivery schedule shall be adjusted accordingly based on concurrence between the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) and the contractor. This is a sole source requirement to GE Aviation Systems LLC, 740 East National Rd., Vandalia, OH 45377-3062. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
