- RFQ CANCELLED will be reworking RFQ/SOW. The Contracting Officer for this solicitation is Susan J. Edwards, E-mail: susan.edwards@us.af.mil. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified for RFQ is "late" and will not be considered, unless the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the award and acquisition or it was the only quote received. All questions and quotes are to be submitted to the Contract Administrator Lori Witzlsteiner, E-Mail: lori.witzlsteiner@us.af.mil. The offerer's quote will consist of this RFQ document, and technical requirements in accordance with Addenda to 52.212-1 (See Attachment 1). 1. Questions. Questions regarding this RFQ are due to Lori Witzlsteiner by 17 July 2017, 3:00PM CST. No more questions will be accepted after 17 July 2017, 3:00PM CST. 2. Site Visit.
