- A001 - EQ10PMBB-1-17-0051 Amendment 001: The purpose of this Amendment 001 is to add Q&A responses, add new Wage Determination, add updated Statement of Work, and extend the quotation deadline. See Amendment 001, SF 30 Continuation Page, dated July 18, 2017 for details. *************************************************************************** The General Services Administration (GSA) is soliciting for Project # EQ10PMBB-1-17-0051, Tacoma Union Station (TUS) Electrostatic Painting of Elevator Doors. Work to be performed under NAICS code: 238320 - Painting and Wallcovering Contractors, size standard $15M. Work to include p repping and electrostatic painting thirteen (13) elevator doors and surrounds located in various areas within the Tacoma Union Station. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and other equipment, services and supervision required to complete all interior painting work. P rotect surrounding areas to eliminate overspray and prep all areas (machine sand) making sure to eliminate all oxidization, gouges, scratches, scuff marks in order to accept electrostatic paint and ensure an all over even flawless finish. Provide (3) color selections to match current color palette for Project Managers final approval, as specified in the Statement of Work. Place of Performance: Tacoma Union Station, 1717 Pacific Ave, Tacoma, WA 98402. Period of Performance: 60 days after NTP issuance. This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to FAR Part 19.5, and is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside, competitive RFQ. Magnitude of construction is less than $25K. The solicitation, specifications, drawings, wage determination and any other applicable documents is available via electronic means only at www.fbo.gov under solicitation # EQ10PMBB-1-17-0051. All contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and have completed the on-line Representations and Certifications to be eligible to receive award, and also be registered for the applicable NAICS Code 238320. Interested vendors should sign up on this web site in the "Interested Vendor List (IVL)" tab to view, and sign up to "watch" the opportunity to receive notices. It is incumbent upon interested parties to review this web site frequently for any additional information, updates and amendments. A Site Visit will be conducted on July 11, 2017 at 2:00 PM local time, meeting place will be the lobby of Tacoma Union Station. Potential bidders, prime contractors, subcontractors and/or suppliers may attend site visits upon written advance notification to the assigned Contract Specialist.
