- Pre Solicitation Notice This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to provide the pre-solicitation synopsis for upcoming project at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, 1131 Chapel Crossing Road, Glynco, GA, to repair the dormitories at Buildings 185, 186, and 187. The work includes, but is not limited to carpet replacement, painting, door replacement, repair damaged drywalls, remove wallpapers, floor repairs, installation of desk and room furniture, testing of HVAC units, remove and replace ductworks, replace electrical outlets, replace and connect toilets, replace bathroom fixtures and provide room safes. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business HubZone Set-Aside. Offerors must be certified and listed by the Small Business Administration as a qualified HUBZone small business concern. Offers from other than HUBZone small business concerns will not be considered. The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5 million. The magnitude of this requirement is between $1M and 5M. The period of performance shall be for 210 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This will be a firm-fixed price construction contract. This requirement will be procured utilizing sealed bidding procedures from Federal Acquisition Regulation part 14. This is a new procurement it does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists. Bidders are encouraged to check this website (www.fbo.gov) and can view and/or download the solicitation, any attachments and drawings on or around August 3, 2017. For information on how to register your company on FBO, to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation, please reference the FBO Vendor Guide located on the FBO web site home page. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement. **NOTE: Prior to submission of a bid, Contractors must be actively registered and have completed the Certifications and Representations via System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://www.sam.gov/ to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program.
