- PR 69424786. This solicitation will contain NSN 5855-01-609-6204, HOUSING SECTION, VIEWER, INFRARED. Request for Proposal SPE4A6-17-R-0763, is for a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 740 each. Quantity Option does not apply. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. The requested delivery will be 180 DARO based on PLT estimate and buying history. Approved source is CAGE 0B107, P/N OFM-2300-A1. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review July 18, 2017. NSN is not a commercial item. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For the FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 FOB Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. A Subcontracting Plan will be required if the proposal exceeds $700,000. Formal Cost and Pricing Data will be required if the proposal exceeds $750,000. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on July 18, 2017. Solicitation issue date is on or about August 3, 2017. Solicitation closing date is on or about September 5, 2017. The estimated award date is on or about October 31, 2017.
