- Solicitation for End Item: Fitting, Forward Piv NSN:1680-011802956, IQC 1000058705. DURATION OF CONTRACT ORDERING PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 48 MONTHS. This is a 1G procurement. Configuration Control item. Critical Application item. Higher Level Quality (ISO 9001:2008 or equivalent) applies. Delivery schedule is 220 Days ARO. NAICS is 336413. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated Annual Quantities for the base and four one-year option periods will be 88 each. This procurement does not have a surge and sustainment requirement. Request for a written proposal: please submit offers in accordance with instructions contained in the solicitation. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about the issue date cited in the RFP.
