- Amendment 0001 is to address the following: 1. Change of date, Bid Opening from Monday, 24 July to Wednesday, 26 July 2017 at 2 p.m. 2. Revised Drawings provided separately, Reference the Summary of Changes 3. Responses to Questions and Answers attached Separately This acquisition is being solicited as a 100 percent set aside for HUBZone Business only. The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5M. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri has a requirement to Repair/Renovation of Building 1701. Repair finishes in the administration area of building 1701, replace HVAC system with associated electrical, communication and fire alarm system. The site of the proposed work is in the Cantonment Area of the Fort Leonard Wood Military Reservation, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The areas concerned in this project are government owned and will not be in use during the course of this project. Work shall be performed during normal duty hours identified as 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, legal public holidays excepted. All work performed shall be in accordance with the specifications provided. The solicitation W911S7-17-B-0003 will be available on or about 9 May 2017 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov). For information on how to register your company on FBO, to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation, please reference the FBO Vendor Guide located on the FBO web site home page. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement. Inquiries will only be addressed by EMAIL ONLY.
