To: The unit of issue of "Each" is equal to "Liters." Please see the attached revised document titled: A.09.03_W81K02-17-T-0345_Att1_Amd1. As a result of this change, the closing date and time of this solicitation has been changed to 26 July 2017 at 10:00am HST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
