- GSA, FAS HAC intends to establish an open market not to exceed 12 month Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for twenty-seven (27) in the 5110, 5120, 5130, 5133, 5140, 5180 and 5210 Federal Supply Classes. The SPQ will begin on the date of award, and will be for a one year period. QUOTES ARE TO BE VALID UNTIL AWARD IS MADE. The essence of this arrangement is that a contractor will be awarded an SPQ and will provide the subject NSN to satisfy requirements for GSA'S Special Order Program (SOP), for direct delivery to customer location. The period of the SPQ will not exceed a one year time frame after date of award. Pricing is requested as FOB destination for Direct Delivery to customer location. SUBJECT SPQ IS NOT SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. One (1) NSN 5120-00-104-4066 however, is set aside for small business concern Note: The system indicates two (2) VRD spreadsheets; one spreadsheet cannot be opened.
