Description
This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1660-013707433 Oxygen Valve. A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort. The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively. The proposed contract will be for a total 5-year period of performance. This is a FAR 15 effort. The below NSN has been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1660-013707433 Oxygen Valve Estimated Annual Demand Quantity - 116 each Minimum Order Quantity - 29 each Maximum Order Quantity - 116 each Maximum Contract Quantity - 925 each IAW SPEC NR MIL-DTL-7891G NOT 1 REVISION NR G DTD 10/03/2013 PART PIECE NUMBER: P/N M7891HM-1 This Solicitation will be Unrestricted. Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources apply. Qualified Producer List QPL-7891 applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This is a Life Support as well as a Critical Application Item. Government First Article Testing (FAT) and Production Lot Testing (PLT) applies as well. Delivery is 180 days for the First Article Samples, 60 days for Testing and Evaluation, 204 days for the Production Quantity/PLT, 60 days for the Lot Test and Evaluation, and 15 days for then Unit Requested Delivery. The Total Required Delivery is 519 days. SURGE is not required for this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). Solicitation issue date is August 2, 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
