- The work consists of furnishing all labor and materials for levee crown resurfacing and ramps with crushed limestone aggregate in the subject areas and any incidental related work according to the construction plans and specifications. This project will be advertised as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside using sealed bid procedures. The assigned NAICS Code is 237990. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $36.5 million. The estimated value of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.00. Solicitation will be issued on/about 8 August 2017 and bid opening date will be on/about 12 September 2017.
