- Original Solicitation This is a pre-solicitation notice/notice of proposed contract action in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.201, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and attachment. KIE provides targeted financial and technical assistance at different stages of the entrepreneurial life cycle with the objective of enabling the adoption of these innovative approaches by target populations in Kenya. KIE assists innovations to become fully sustainable in the market place. The following additional services are required through the anticipated modification: Extend outreach to beneficiary farmers through Kenya's long rain season and increase the value of new private sector investment in the agriculture sector.
