- SOW for Senior Development Outreach and Communications Specialist- USPSC GS-13 Subject: Solicitation for U.S. Personal Service Contractor for Senior Development Outreach and Communications Specialist, GS-13 at USAID/Nepal Program and Project Development Office; SOLICITATION NUMBER: SOL-367-17-000006 ISSUANCE DATE: July 7, 2017 CLOSING DATE: July 28, 2017 - 5:00 P.M Kathmandu time Dear Prospective Applicants: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from qualified U.S. citizens to provide personal services as Senior Development Outreach and Communications Specialist under a personal services contract, as described in the attached solicitation. Submittals shall be in accordance with the attached information at the place and time specified. Send one set of form AID 302-3; resume not exceeding three pages in length, a brief narrative demonstrating how education, experience, and skills address the requirements listed in the solicitation and names and contact details for three references.
