- Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO), on behalf of the Greenville VA Health Care Center (HCC) is conducting market research through this Sources Sought Notice to seek small business, Veteran-owned small business (VOSB) and/or Service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) sources for brand name or equal to Oculus Pentacam Basic Eye Scanner and Dicom for Pentacam. See attachment for list of needed components. NEW equipment ONLY- no remanufactured or gray market items. Instruments must be covered under manufacturer s warranty. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 333314 and the Classification code is 6540. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. Interested parties should submit with their response the following information: Company information including point of contact; DUN#; business size and economic category (example: SB, WOSB, VOSB, SDVOSB), and product literature if equipment is an equal brand to Oculus Pentacam. If interested party has a FSS contract - please include contract number, and whether the equipment is on the contract.
