- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into sole source negotiations with General Digital for the procurement of three (3) Keyboard-Video-Mouse (KVM) units P/N: 90-717-013 to support the Landing Signal Officer Display System (LSODS) program. There will be an option for ten (10) additional units. One of these products will be used for the Engineering Development Model (EDM) of the LSODS Mod 1 and the other two will be for the Production Representative Model (PRM) units that will undergo testing of the LSODS Mod 1 design. This procurement is not a small business set-aside. The NAVAIR Office of Small Business Programs concurs. The NAICS code is 334118. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not possess rights to the data to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
