- SOW revised 6 July 17 Amendment 3 MFR Site Visit 21 June 17 for Contractor Questions/Answers Amendment 3: This is an FFp, Services Requirement. This is a 3rd amendment for solicitation FA4417-17-T-0010-P00003 stated on 6 July 2017. The purpose of this amendment is to make changes to the SOW by providing a revised SOW dated 6 July 2017. A. SOW sections 1.1.6 and 1.4.2 baseboard replacement verbiage is revised to utilizing existing baseboards. B. CLIN0005 has been removed from the requirement. No pricing is required for CLIN0005. C. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged. 3 Attachments: 1. Revised SOW 6 Jul 17. 2. Amended Solicitation. 3. MFR for Contractor Questions and Site visit on 21 June 2017.
