- Manufacturing Qualification Requirements Sources Sought narrative The purpose of this amendment is to repost the original sources sought (attached), and also attach the Manufacturing Qualification Statement (MQR) for those vendors interested in becoming a qualified source. NOTICE: This is not a solicitaiton but rather a sources sought synopsis to determine potential sources for inforamtion and planning purposes only. The Government does NOT intend to contract on the basis of this request or otherwise pay for any information solicited herein. Responses to this Sources Sourght are requested by 5 Sep 2017, by 4pm (MST).
