- The NPS plans to award a firm-fixed price contract to: Prepare and Paint Exterior Trim and Wood Surfaces of the historic Thomas Farm House, located on Monocacy National Battlefield, Frederick, MD (Frederick County) Attachments: Project Specifications, Department of Labor Construction Wage Determinations, Clauses, Evaluation Criteria Projected Magnitude: Between $25,000 and 100,000 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 238320. The small business size standard is $15 million. Competition will be Total Small Business Set Aside. PRE-BID SITE VISIT HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, JUNE 28TH AT 10:00 A.M. Meet at the Thomas House, 4632 Araby Church Road, Frederick, MD. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance. All bids are due at 1500 hours on Thursday, July 13, 2017.
