- This announcement is a sources sought notice for Market Research purposes only and should not be construed as a solicitation announcement. The NAICS code associated with this Sources Sought Notice is 621210. The Small Business size standard for this NAICS code is $7.5 million. Large and Small Businesses are invited to respond to this market survey to determine market capabilities. The Minnesota Army National Guard (MN ARNG) is seeking potential offerors to provide customized comprehensive dental services including, but not limited to: diagnostic, restorative, endodontic, periodontal, prosthodontic, oral surgery and orthodontic, as well as clinically indicated radiologic studies for eligible Soldiers. The contractor(s) shall provide service in the following locations in Minnesota at a minimum: Twin Cities, Little Falls, Mankato, Duluth, Rochester, Moorhead, and Marshall. These services will be completed at the contractor's place of business by using contractor provided equipment. The contractor shall also ensure the requirements of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Privacy Act, American Dental Association (ADA) and other applicable Federal and State regulations are met. Multiple Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts may be awarded against the future solicitation with base periods of 12 months, 4 12 month option periods and a 6 month extension of services option. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should include your business size, a one page capabilities statement to include your service coverage area and your level of interest in competing for this requirement. Deadline for submitting a response to this notice is 4:30 PM CST, July 14th, 2017.
